By accessing or using Dominofy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Use of the Service

Dominofy provides workflow automation, integrations, data processing, and related operational tooling. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws, these terms, and the permissions granted to your account or workspace.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activity under your account, and for ensuring that connected integrations are used with proper authorization.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Dominofy to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with service availability, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malware, or process data you are not permitted to use. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or security risk.

Third-Party Integrations

Dominofy interacts with third-party platforms at your direction. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of those services, and your use of them remains subject to their own agreements.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. While we aim for reliable service, Dominofy is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dominofy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid, if any, for the service giving rise to the claim.
